PTM

If you want to be more involved and meet more families, PTM is the group for you!  Parent Teacher Ministry (PTM) is a group of active MPHM school parents that meet monthly to plan year-round events.  Outside of hourly monthly meetings, the time commitment can be as little or much as you’d like.  All events are optional and you can choose what’s the best fit for your family.  Any and all help is appreciated, and it’s an easy way to contribute toward your family volunteer hours.

• Teacher reimbursement for supplies
• Monthly teacher luncheons 
• Meals for parent teacher conferences
• Christmas gifts for teachers and staff
• Fundraisers that raise money to underwrite the costs of PTM activities
• Five Hearts Festival
• Sedan Floral flower sales
• Donut sales (first Friday of the month, except during Lent)
• Tasty Tuesday fundraisers at restaurants (second Tuesday of the month)
• Papa John fundraiser (first Wednesday of the month)
• H&H MPHM Spirit Store
• Catholic Schools Week basket raffle

PTM meets monthly the first Tuesday of the month at 5:30pm in Room 100 at MPHM School.  Parents are welcome to join any meeting and ideas are always welcome.  Contact a PTM officer to join the email list and stay in the loop with upcoming events and how you can give your time and talents to make MPHM the best it can be!
